Every bag purchased from Atlanta Luxury Bags is guaranteed authentic.

If an item you purchase from us is determined to be counterfeit by an approved third-party authentication provider, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including applicable shipping and taxes, subject to the terms below.

Refunds for approved authenticity claims will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that the item is not authentic.

Authenticity Certificate

Your purchase will include an authenticity certificate. This certificate is intended to give you added confidence that your item has gone through a professional authentication process.

Some items may also include original packaging, dust bags, boxes, receipts, authenticity cards, or other accessories. These vary by item and will be shown or described on the product page when included.

Missing original packaging, receipts, or brand cards does not mean an item is not authentic. Many pre-owned luxury bags are sold without their original accessories.

90-Day Authenticity Claim Window

Authenticity claims must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.

To submit a claim, you must provide written documentation from a recognized third-party authentication provider stating that the item is not authentic.

Approved third-party authentication providers may include companies such as:

• Entrupy
• Real Authentication
• LegitGrails
• Authenticate First
• Other professional luxury authentication providers approved by Atlanta Luxury Bags

We do not accept informal opinions, social media comments, marketplace disputes, verbal statements, or opinions from individual store associates as proof of non-authenticity.

A determination from the brand itself is not required and, for purposes of this policy, is not accepted as the claim process. Claims must be supported by a professional third-party authentication provider.

How to Submit an Authenticity Claim

If you believe your item is not authentic, email us within 90 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. Your full name and contact information
3. The third-party authentication documentation
4. Clear photos of the bag, including any areas referenced in the authentication report
5. Any other supporting documentation related to the claim

After reviewing the information, we may require the item to be returned to us for physical inspection and re-authentication.

The item must be returned to Atlanta Luxury Bags before any refund is issued.

Refund Process

If the item is returned to us and confirmed to be counterfeit by an approved third-party authentication provider, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price, including applicable shipping and taxes.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of our confirmation.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. Items that have been altered, damaged, swapped, or materially changed after delivery may not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

If the Item Is Confirmed Authentic

If the item is reviewed and confirmed authentic, the authenticity claim will be denied and the item will be returned to you.

Atlanta Luxury Bags reserves the right to require the customer to cover return shipping and any reasonable re-authentication costs if a claim is denied.

Authenticity vs. Condition

Authenticity is separate from condition.

All of our items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items may show normal signs of wear, including scratches, marks, creasing, tarnishing, shape loss, interior wear, odor, or other signs of prior use.

Condition concerns are not the same as authenticity concerns. Our authenticity guarantee applies only to whether the item is authentic.
