Compensation: $90K On Target Earnings: 80K Base + 10K Performance Bonus

About the Role

Join Atlanta Luxury Bags at a pivotal moment in our growth: the launch of our first New York City office. As the founding Luxury Buyer in Brooklyn Heights, you’ll have a front-row seat—and a hands-on role—in building our presence in one of the world’s most important luxury markets.

You’ll meet customers every day, work with high-value products, negotiate purchases, and build a reputation for knowledgeable, seamless service. For the right person, this is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to take ownership, develop deep luxury expertise, and grow with a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers selling luxury goods and guide them through the evaluation, verification, offer, and payout process while making purchase offers based on product value
• Inspect items, document key details, and follow company buying and authentication procedures.
• Negotiate with customers in a professional, trust-building way.
• Build relationships with repeat sellers, high-value customers, and referral sources.
• Support daily office operations as if you were the store owner
• Film daily negotiations with customers to help social media team drive more in-store visits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer facing role
• No criminal history
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which may include holidays, evenings and weekends
• Receptive to feedback to improve performance
• Comfortability with ambiguity and finding creative solutions to new problems
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with luxury brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and similar brands.
• Experience with watches, jewelry, diamonds, gold, and luxury handbags.
• Experience using AI tools in a business setting.
• Strong digital savviness and ability to learn new tools quickly.
