Every bag we sell is carefully reviewed before it is listed, and every purchase is backed by our 100% Authenticity Guarantee.
Our Promise
Every bag purchased from Atlanta Luxury Bags is guaranteed authentic.
If you have an authenticity concern, contact us and ship the bag back to Atlanta Luxury Bags for inspection and reauthentication. If our reauthentication process confirms that the item is not authentic, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including applicable shipping and taxes, subject to the terms below.
Refunds for approved authenticity claims will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that the item is not authentic.
How We Authenticate Our Bags
Before a bag is listed for sale, it goes through our internal review process. We inspect brand-specific details such as materials, stitching, hardware, logos, date codes or serial markings, craftsmanship, structure, and overall consistency.
We also use Entrupy, a professional luxury authentication technology company, as part of our authentication process.
Entrupy uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and microscopic imaging to help verify the authenticity of luxury handbags and accessories. Entrupy certificates are digitally hosted and can be verified through Entrupy’s certificate lookup tool.

Authenticity Certificate
Your purchase will include an authenticity certificate. This certificate is intended to give you added confidence that your item has gone through a professional authentication process.
Some items may also include original packaging, dust bags, boxes, receipts, authenticity cards, or other accessories. These vary by item and will be shown or described on the product page when included.
Missing original packaging, receipts, or brand cards does not mean an item is not authentic. Many pre-owned luxury bags are sold without their original accessories.
90 Day Authenticity Claim Window
Contact Atlanta Luxury Bags within 90 days of delivery if you have a concern about the authenticity of your purchase. You do not need to purchase a separate authentication report to start a claim.
How to Submit an Authenticity Claim
- Email sales@atlantaluxurybags.com with your order number, full name, contact information, and a description of your concern. Include clear photos of any details you would like us to review.
- Wait for our return instructions, then ship the bag back to Atlanta Luxury Bags. The physical bag must be returned to us for inspection and reauthentication before we can decide the claim or issue a refund.
- We will inspect the returned bag and arrange reauthentication through our authentication process, including Entrupy where applicable. We will contact you with the result and next steps.
All authenticity claims must be handled directly through Atlanta Luxury Bags. An outside opinion or report does not replace the required return and reauthentication process.
If the Item Is Confirmed Not Authentic
If the returned bag is confirmed not authentic through our reauthentication process, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price, including applicable original shipping and taxes. No review and return fee will apply.
Refunds for approved claims will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is not authentic.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. Items that have been altered, damaged, swapped, or materially changed after delivery may not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
If the Item Is Confirmed Authentic
If reauthentication confirms that the bag is authentic, the authenticity claim will be denied and we will arrange to return the bag to you. A review and return fee will apply to each bag, based on its original item purchase price before shipping and taxes:

This fee covers the authenticity dispute review and return handling. If the bag is confirmed authentic, you are also responsible for the shipping cost to send it to us and the actual shipping cost to have it returned to you.
There is no fee to open a claim. Before you ship the bag to us, we will confirm the applicable fee and shipping arrangements in writing. The review and return fee applies only if the bag is confirmed authentic, and payment of that fee and the return shipping cost is required before we send the bag back to you.
If the result is inconclusive, we will contact you with the next steps. An inconclusive result will not be treated as confirmation that the bag is authentic, and the fee above will not apply on that basis.
Authenticity vs. Condition
Authenticity is separate from condition.
All of our items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items may show normal signs of wear, including scratches, marks, creasing, tarnishing, shape loss, interior wear, odor, or other signs of prior use.
Condition concerns are not the same as authenticity concerns. Our authenticity guarantee applies only to whether the item is authentic.
